The last few days have been complete awesomeness, starting from Thursday's frisbee stayover at Nic Yun's chalet. Since Nic's dad was some SAF bigshot, we got to stay at some uber-large bungalow thing with a humungous back garden overlooking the coast. So we spent a large part of the night stoning under some pavilion thing in the garden, doing random stuff on Choon’s guitar, playing cards and taking the precious time to think about things.
So the early part of the night was incredibly contemplative, and Kenneth and I went to lag along the beach to discuss nagging stuff.
Soon nearly everyone was asleep, till it was left with Rachel teaching me how to play Go Fish and other random 2-player card games, after I got damn bored with Solitaire and messing about with Choon's acoustic. And so we ended up not sleeping.
Now as a splendid result of the only sleep I got being the 30min bus ride to Pasir Ris, the whole of Friday went by in a daze. My team managed to win Take 5 frisbee, oh woot go us, despite my horrible nubby playing. Then a portion of the class went down to Daniel’s house to mess about, and change into their random secondary school gear to crash grad night. Oh what laugh.
And on Sunday, my dad and I went down to Swee Lee. And the coolest shit of all made its appearance at last.
Meet my new wife: The delicious Cort M200
My amp, which I realised is actually quite huge. The tone is awesumz XD
Our last jam session, where we see a abject lesson in contrast.
